Here's a Planets full of impressive things...undoubtedly a bargain.

After a sinister opening, Handley builds Mars climax impressively, closing chords have a malignant impact...Jupiter develops similar intensity...Saturn, well graduated melancholy climax...choral diminuendo in Neptune beautifully managed...sound overall attractively rich, glowing orchestral colour...horns opulent.
